Martin Boyle（中文名：包邁廷），現(xiàn)在肯特大學國際預科班任教，曾在倫敦大學亞非學院擔任留學生的學術英語和學習方法教學達12年。Martin有在西班牙、巴西、沙特阿拉伯和德國的英語教學經(jīng)歷，曾旅居中國擔任雅思考官，并輔導赴英留學預科班。Martin在北京語言大學學習過6個月中文，因此對留學生身處異國文化的艱辛有切身體會?！∮诟?，英國威爾士大學國際政治與戰(zhàn)略學學士，美國喬治城大學國家安全學碩士；曾任英國國家學生會國際學生官，威爾士國家學生會少數(shù)民族學生委員會委員長；獲威爾士國家議會千年志愿者獎。于戈不但成績優(yōu)異，而且在校園的社會政治生活中表現(xiàn)活躍。他在擔任全英學生會國際學生官期間創(chuàng)下的業(yè)績至今影響著英國校園國際化的方方面面。
