作者簡介

　　俞可平，教授，政治學、哲學雙學科博士生導師?，F(xiàn)任中共中央編譯局副局長、中央編譯局比較政治與經(jīng)濟研究中心主任、北京大學中國政府創(chuàng)新研究中心主任，并任中央馬克思主義理論研究和建設工程“馬克思主義經(jīng)典作基本觀點研究”課題組首席專家、中國地方政府改革創(chuàng)新課題總負責人，兼任北京大學、清華大學、中國人民大學和復旦大學等校教授，曾任聯(lián)合國政府創(chuàng)新咨詢專家、美國杜克大學和德國柏林自由大學等校訪問教授。主要研究領域：當代中國政治、政治哲學、比較政治、全球化、治理與善治、公民社會、政府創(chuàng)新等。
