　　為了適應我國對外開放和國內(nèi)外各界人士全面、準確地了解我國涉外法律、行政法規(guī)的需要，中華人民共和國司法部（原中華人民共和國國務院法制辦公室）編輯了本匯編?！”緟R編匯集了2013年經(jīng)全國人民代表大會或者全國人民代表大會常務委員會制定的法律和有關法律問題的決定以及國務院制定的行政法規(guī)（以下稱“法規(guī)”）共26件，分為：憲法相關法、民法商法、行政法、經(jīng)濟法、社會法等5類，每一類下分為若干項，并按照分類、先法律后行政法規(guī)以及法律、法規(guī)發(fā)布的時間先后排列。

作者簡介

　　2018年3月17日第十三屆全國人民代表大會第一次會議通過《關于國務院機構改革方案的決定》，將司法部和國務院法制辦公室的職責整合，重新組建司法部，作為國務院組成部門。其主要職責是，負責有關法律和行政法規(guī)草案起草，負責立法協(xié)調(diào)和備案審查、解釋，綜合協(xié)調(diào)行政執(zhí)法，指導行政復議應訴，負責普法宣傳，負責監(jiān)獄、戒毒、社區(qū)矯正管理，負責律師公證和司法鑒定仲裁管理，承擔國家司法協(xié)助等。
