作者簡介

  張萌,西安交通大學管理學院專職科研博士后,助理研究員。主要研究方向為危險品運輸車輛路徑優(yōu)化。在IEEE TITS、IEEE TEM等國際主流期刊發(fā)表學術論文5篇,在運籌與管理等國內重要刊物發(fā)表論文4篇;參與國家自然科學基金重點項目、面上項目各1項。王能民,西安交通大學三級教授,博士生導師,天山學者講座教授,昆明理工大學兼職教授;入選國j級人才計劃、教育部“新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支持計劃”、海爾首屆雨林學者;中z部團中央第19批博士服務團成員,任昆明理工大學校黨委常委、校長助理(2019年1月至12月);中國系統(tǒng)工程學會可持續(xù)運營與管理系統(tǒng)分會秘書長,中國優(yōu)選法統(tǒng)籌法與經濟數(shù)學研究會高等教育管理分會副理事長,中國管理現(xiàn)代化研究會青年工作委員會副主任委員;IEEE TEM、IMDS編委。主要研究方向為可持續(xù)運營與管理。主持國家自然/社會科學基金、國家軟科學項目、蔡元培中法合作項目等國j級項目6項,其中國家自然科學基金重點項目1項。在IEEE TITS、IEEE TEM、EJOR等國際主流期刊發(fā)表/錄用學術論文50余篇;向政府相關部門提交了多份決策咨詢報告,獲得省部級獎勵12項。
