喬納森·M. 牛頓（Jonathan M. Newton）是新西蘭惠靈頓維多利亞大學(xué)TESOL/應(yīng)用語言學(xué)文學(xué)碩士部主任、副教授。他起初在中國任教；在過去的三十多年里，他為亞洲各地的教師們提供指導(dǎo)。迄今為止，他已出版五部專著，發(fā)表的文章及受邀撰寫的專著章節(jié)超過七十篇。其研究方向?yàn)槿蝿?wù)型語言教學(xué)，聽力與口語教學(xué)，詞匯教學(xué)，以及跨文化能力教學(xué)。
