　　According to the formulation and revision plan of standards of Ministry of Water Resources and the requirements of Specification for the Drafting of Technical Standards of Water Resources， the previous edition of Design Specification for Sluices （SL265－2001） is revised. While pursuant to The System Table of Water Technical Standard， the original edition of Design Specifications for Sluice Project Management （SL 170－96） is revised and included in this specification SL 265-2016.This specification comprises 10 chapters and 9 annexes with the main contents as follows：——Site selection;——Layout;——Hydraulic design;——Seepage control and discharge design;——Structural design;根據(jù)水利部水利行業(yè)標準制修訂計劃，按照SL 1－2014《水利技術標準編寫規(guī)定》的要求，修訂SL 265－2001《水閘設計規(guī)范》（以下簡稱原標準），同時按照《水利技術標準體系表》要求，將原SL 170－96《水閘工程管理設計規(guī)范》修訂后并入《水閘設計規(guī)范》。 本標準共10章9個附錄。主要內(nèi)容有： ——閘址選擇； ——總體布置； ——水力設計； ——防滲排水設計； ——結(jié)構(gòu)設計；
