遲福林研究員，博士生導師，第十一屆、十二屆全國政協(xié)委員。中國（海南）改革發(fā)展研究院院長，中國特色自由貿易港研究院院長，兼任中國經濟體制改革研究會副會長、中國行政體制改革研究會副會長。國家"十三五"規(guī)劃專家委員會委員。廣東、海南等地方政府決策咨詢顧問。國家行政學院、北京大學、東北大學等多家高等院校的特聘教授。多年致力于經濟體制改革理論與實踐研究，共出版中英文專著四十余部、公開發(fā)表學術論文八百余篇，形成研究報告七十余部，提交了大量政策建議報告，在決策和實踐層面產生了積極影響。曾獲得“五個一工程獎”“孫冶方經濟科學論文獎”“中國發(fā)展研究獎”等獎項。享受國務院特殊津貼專家，2002年被中組部、中宣部、國家人事部和國家科學技術部聯(lián)合授予“全國杰出專業(yè)技術人才”榮譽稱號，2009年入選“影響新中國60年經濟建設的100位經濟學家”，2015年入選《20世紀中國知名科學家學術成就概覽（經濟學卷）》?？镔t明研究員，博士生導師，中國（海南）改革發(fā)展研究院副院長、經濟研究所（RCEP研究所）所長。長期從事改革政策研究工作，重點關注中國經濟體制改革。參與國家與省部級委托的政策研究項目數十項。出版專著十余部，在學術期刊上發(fā)表十余篇論文，在《人民日報》《光明日報》《經濟日報》《經濟參考報》等主流媒體發(fā)表文章百余篇。Chi FulinResearch Professor， doctoral supervisor， President of China Institute for Reform and Development （CIRD）.Chi has made in-depth research of government transformation and equalization of basic public services centering on a number of major economic and social issues encountered in the process of the reform and opening-up of China. Based on these researches， he has published more than 40 monographs in Chinese and English as well as more than 800 academic papers. He is the winner of the Best Works Award， the Sun Yefang Award for Papers on Economic Science and the China Development Research Award. In 2009， he was selected as “One of the 100 Economists Who Have Influenced China’s Economic Development over the Last 60 Years”. In 2015， his achievements were included in Overview of Academic Achievements of Renowned Chinese Scientists in the 20th Century （Volume of Economics）.Kuang XianmingResearch Professor， doctoral supervisor， Vice President of China Institute for Reform and Development （CIRD）， and Director of the Economic Research Institute （RCEP Institute）.Kuang has conducted extensive， long-term research on reform policies， focusing specifically on economic system reform in China. He has actively participated in numerouscommittee-commissioned policy research projects at the national and provincial levels.
