  2022年7月,瀾滄江—湄公河合作第七次外長(zhǎng)會(huì)在緬甸聯(lián)邦共和國(guó)蒲甘舉行,國(guó)務(wù)委員王毅外長(zhǎng)提出要推動(dòng)“豐收瀾湄”項(xiàng)目集群提質(zhì)增效。多年來(lái),六國(guó)在糧食作物、熱帶作物、畜牧水產(chǎn)、疫病防控、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工、鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)等共同關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域加強(qiáng)協(xié)作,攜手實(shí)施瀾湄基金農(nóng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目,為瀾湄流域農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群建設(shè)做出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。為把握瀾湄農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)合作整體方向,2021年起瀾湄農(nóng)業(yè)合作中心啟動(dòng)重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)研究工作,已相繼出版水稻、天然橡膠、飼料、玉米和木薯等重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)報(bào)告,得到了良好的社會(huì)反響??紤]到瀾湄區(qū)域是世界熱帶水果主要產(chǎn)區(qū)和消費(fèi)區(qū)之一,也是香蕉、荔枝、龍眼、芒果等主要熱帶水果原產(chǎn)地,對(duì)世界熱帶水果產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與貿(mào)易起著重要作用。近年來(lái),隨著人們生活水平提升和消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),瀾湄國(guó)家熱帶水果越來(lái)越受到全球消費(fèi)者的喜愛(ài),其經(jīng)濟(jì)潛力得到社會(huì)各界關(guān)注。2023年,農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)合作中心組織開(kāi)展了瀾湄區(qū)域熱帶水果產(chǎn)業(yè)研究,選取香蕉、芒果、榴蓮等具有代表性的熱帶水果品類(lèi),就種植生產(chǎn)、貿(mào)易水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)合作、技術(shù)交流等方面進(jìn)行梳理總結(jié),旨在了解瀾湄國(guó)家熱帶水果產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與合作現(xiàn)狀,為進(jìn)一步提升瀾湄國(guó)家熱帶水果產(chǎn)業(yè)化水平、促進(jìn)次區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)合作提供參考與依據(jù)。

  農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)合作中心是農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部直屬單位,以發(fā)展援助、國(guó)際合作、投資促進(jìn)、智庫(kù)研究為主要業(yè)務(wù)板塊,參與國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)外合作頂層設(shè)計(jì)與政策創(chuàng)設(shè),支持區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)多雙邊合作,推動(dòng)開(kāi)展農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)外投資促進(jìn)活動(dòng),組織實(shí)施區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)合作項(xiàng)目,開(kāi)展與國(guó)際涉農(nóng)組織和發(fā)展援助機(jī)構(gòu)的全方位合作,是服務(wù)于中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)對(duì)外合作的重要力量。
